Starbucks Pumpkin spice sauce recipe

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 2 tsp Pumpkin spice
  • 14 ounces Condensed Milk
  • a pinch of salt

Instructions for making Starbucks Pumpkin spice sauce
  1. Combine 1 cup of water and 1 cup of granulated sugar in a saucepan. Place over medium heat.
  2. Stir the mixture until the sugar has completely dissolved.
  3. Once the sugar solution begins to simmer, reduce the heat to low.
  4. Add 1 cup of pumpkin puree, 14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk, 2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice, and a pinch of salt to the saucepan.
  5. Whisk the mixture well to ensure all ingredients are fully incorporated and smooth.
  6. Continue to cook on low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow the sauce to cool.
  8. Pour the sauce into a mason jar or an airtight container for storage.
  9. Store your pumpkin spice sauce in the refrigerator.
