How to cook Barley in an Instant pot?

- 1 cup Barley
- 2 cups Water
- 1 teaspoon salt ( According to taste)
- 1 Bayleaf (Optional)
- Rinse the barley in cold water to avoid sticking while cooking.
- Add the barley and water or broth to the Instant Pot.
- Add any seasoning you want to add, like salt or bay leaf.
- Seal the lid and pressure cook for about 20 minutes.
- Keep the sealing valve in to release position.
- Quick-release the steam and serve hot.
- You can add seasoning of your choice or butter to cookies barley.
